The Alpha Outdoor Enclosure Side Mount 10 protects traffic industry battery backup power system components from harsh outdoor elements. It has an extra shelf for customer equipment in addition to space for an Alpha UPS module, Alpha transfer switches, and four AlphaCell™ 220 GXL or 220 GHP (BCI Group 31) batteries. The Side Mount 10 is an outdoor rated (NEMA 3R) enclosure, made of 0.125” aluminum, that also meets traffic standard 336 bolt patterns for pad mount installations. This new Alpha enclosure includes a number of important features created with the Traffic industry in mind, including: stainless steel door handle, integrated Corbin Type 2 lock and latch, an integrated document holder and angled generator plug with lockable water tight generator door (generator plug option).
